E-mentoring: a content analysis design
Resumo
Through a project ERASMUS+, named CommonS, has been implemented a platform were it will be possible to create communities of practice and e-mentoring to help on the development of soft skills. This tool could help higher education institutions to respond to the need of recruiters and companies on these skills development and prepare students to be working ready graduates. In this paper it is operationalized a data analysis type, specifically a design of content analysis, to implement with the data that will be collected inside each e-mentoring project. Being e-mentoring a new phenomenon to the people involved, our aim is to understand how it works and identify the best practices.
